First Republic Mortgage is a member of Lenders One, a national alliance of independent mortgage bankers. We are an Indiana owned and operated company and have our full FHA Eagle. First Republic Mortgage is the largest USDA Rural Housing lender in the state. Our professional staff averages over 18 years of mortgage banking expereince. We have local processing, In-House Underwriting and fund our own loans. We offer hundreds of loan programs including: Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, New Construction, USDA Rural Housing and Indiana Housing Authority.

Steve DeLon - Branch Manager / Mortgage Advisor

(Steve DeLon – NMLS#202876) Steve is a native of Kokomo, IN and currently resides on the outskirts of Carrol County. Steve has been in the mortgage/banking industry since 2000. He teamed up with Ryan Minick in 2006 to form The 2 Mortgage Guys. Steve’s passion about his profession allows him to strive to be the best in his field. Steve keeps his eye on the latest mortgage trends, programs and technologies and always has his client’s best interest in mind. When Steve’s not working you can find him competing in Chili Cookoffs across Indiana.

Ryan Minick - Marketing Director / Mortgage Advisor

(Ryan Minick – NMLS#203249) Ryan grew up in the small community of Peru, IN and now resides in Kokomo with his family. Ryan has been helping first time home buyers with their financing since 2003 and started the business at GMAC Mortgage. He now spends most of his time designing company websites, training classes, Realtor marketing materials and mortgage products for other originators. When Ryan’s not working you can find him playing racquetball, hanging out with his wife, wrestling with his two young boys or enjoying a cold beer.

Chris Beatty - Mortgage Advisor

(Chris Beatty – NMLS#370201) Chris got his start in the mortgage business in 2005 while living in Phoenix, AZ. He attended Arizona State University on a baseball scholarship before beginning his career in the mortgage industry. Chris returned to Indiana in 2007 to be closer to his family and has been married to his wife Brittany for three years. He has twins, a little girl named Suzie and a little boy named Jayden. Chris takes pride in educating first time homebuyers through the mortgage process and providing clear communication from start to finish!

Carrie Hair - Marketing Assistant

Carrie is our Marketing Assistant and helps with the day to day operations in our office. She has been married to her husband Keith, a police officer for the City of Kokomo, for 17 years. Their 2 very active daughters keep them busy! Carrie is a lifelong resident of Miami County and is the proud daughter of a United States Air Force Veteran. She is usually the friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call. Carrie looks forward to serving your needs at First Republic Mortgage!
