Our third annual “Hawgin’ the Block for Bridges Outreach” was the best yet! We can’t thank you enough for your support!
Because of the generosity of those who ate a delicious Hawg Heaven Kokomo pulled pork meal AND our sponsors, donors and volunteers… we had a hugely successful event!
We sold more than 1000 sandwiches and many of you filled out the back of your meal ticket to be entered to win a pair of tickets to the Indianapolis Colts VS Jacksonville Jaguars game on October 4th .
It’s that time of year again… time to support Bridges Outreach and enjoy a delicious pulled pork meal from Hawg Heaven Kokomo! We are excited to host the 3rd annual “Hawgin’ the Block for BRIDGES OUTREACH” on Friday, September 4th. It has grown each year and this year is no exception. It’s going to be bigger and better!
LeaderOne Financial will host the event on the 200 block of North Main street in beautiful downtown Kokomo. Thank you to the City of Kokomo for granting us permission to literally “hog the block”! The street will be closed all day for our street party. From 11-2 and again from 4-9, we will be have live music on a stage (located at the corner of Main and Walnut) courtesy of Rhum Academy of Music, family games with the Bridges Outreach Bridges Outreach crew, apples with caramel from McClure’s Orchard, kettle corn from DJ’s Kettle Corn and pulled pork sandwich meals served with chips and a bottled water for $6.
