DISCOVERY CALL
We'll start by forming a game plan. Let's talk. Everyone's situation is unique. We'll have a conversation that will allow us to better understand yours. If you’re not ready today, we’ll help you put together a game plan for when you are. If everyone agrees the timing is right now, we'll move into our loan application phase.
LOAN APPLICATION
Face to Face, Telephone, Secure Website or Mobile APP. Our loan application phase is quick and easy. We'll ask questions that will allow us to better understand your credit, income and assets. We'll pull your credit report and request the basic loan documentation that will be needed to approve your loan. There is more than one way to borrow money. This process will allow us to determine the loan programs that are right for you.
PRE-PURCHASE CONSULTATION
Face to Face, ZOOM or TEAMS Meeting. Now that we've determined your options, let's review everything together. Not just your finance options, but what's happening in the housing market, interest rate trends, the difference between being pre-qualified and fully pre-approved, the home buying process, common pitfalls, advanced finance strategies. This is where we are radically different from our competitors. This is where your stress melts away and your confidence shines through!

Our GUARANTEED Fully Underwritten Homebuyer program will give you the best shot of successfully negotiating your offer to buy a home. Most lenders stop at getting you pre-qualified. We take the extra steps of submitting your loan file to our underwriting department and issuing you a fully underwritten pre-approval. CONTRACT REVIEW CALL
Now that you have an accepted offer to purchase a home, let's regroup and discuss what happens next. A recent study shows that the most stressful time in the entire home buying process is the day your offer is accepted. We'll put your mind at ease by finalizing your loan structure, discussing interest rates and a locking strategy, contract milestones, approval timeline and upcoming steps. This is a very important part of the home buying process and where most lenders leave their clients worried and confused.
LOAN DISCLOSURES
Face to Face or Mobile APP. Now that we have your loan setup the way you want it, we'll put everything in writing for you, so you know the terms of your mortgage. We can sit down "face to face" and explain everything to you, or you can e-sign our disclosure package with your mobile app or on a secure web browser.
LOAN APPROVAL
14 Day "Clear to Close". The industry average for approving and closing a loan is 30-45 days. We can get you there in 14! Since our underwriters have already reviewed your loan application, we can get you to the closing table quicker! We'll order title work, home appraisal and third-party verifications. Once everything is reviewed, we can schedule your closing. You can track our entire approval process with our mobile app.
CLOSING DAY
Get the keys to your new home. We offer a hybrid closing experience. You can e-sign the majority of your closing docs, before you even step up to the closing table. This offers a streamline closing and gets you on the way to your new home in no time!

We don't stop at the closing table. Where most lenders would say thank you and please come back again, we take an entirely different approach.
