Co-Founder & Mortgage Advisor

Ryan grew up in the small town of Peru, Indiana. He and his wife, Kathi, moved to Kokomo, Indiana, in 2001. They raised their two boys there, Tyler and Joshua, and still reside there today. Ryan's been helping families with their home financing since 2003. His biggest passion in the mortgage industry is helping first-time homebuyers put together a path to home ownership. When Ryan's not working, you can find him playing racquetball, riding his Harley, mixing cocktails in his home bar, or hacking up a golf course.

Steve's been in the business of helping people find the right mortgage loan since 2000. He specializes in helping people understand the mortgage and home buying process. Steve is a four-time Honor Affiliate of The Year for the Realtors Association of Central Indiana. He is happily married with five children and two grandchildren. He loves spending time with family & friends, and enjoys relaxing by the pool, riding his motorcycle and rooting for the Reds, Pacers and the Colts!

Angela brings a detail-oriented approach to every loan file, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from application to closing. Her commitment to clear communication keeps clients informed every step of the way.

Licensed Loan Partner

Kelly is passionate about helping families navigate the home buying journey. She works closely with clients to gather documentation and coordinate with all parties to keep every transaction on track.

Client Services Manager

Lorena helps our clients after closing. From assisting with their online accounts and additional services we provide each client after closing, to periodically checking in and scheduling our annual mortgage reviews.
