Since 2005, Ryan Minick and Steve DeLon have worked side by side as The 2 Mortgage Guys , helping homebuyers and homeowners navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
Along the way, we’ve been recognized for mortgage production, consumer education, industry leadership, business excellence and community involvement. But the awards only tell part of the story.
For us, success has always meant more than closing loans. It means educating people, supporting our community, building long-term relationships and doing business in a way we’re proud to put our names on.

What started as two mortgage professionals working together became a partnership, a brand and eventually something much bigger.
Over the years, The 2 Mortgage Guys have worked through major changes in the housing and mortgage industries, educated consumers through national and local media, served in leadership positions throughout the community and helped generations of families finance homes.
And we’re still doing it today.

In 2009, Show & Tell with The 2 Mortgage Guys was being distributed nationally through AOL.
Years later, the Show & Tell name would return through online broadcasts, interviews and community spotlights.
