FHA Appraisal
An FHA appraisal is ordered by your lender and performed by an FHA-roster appraiser. It estimates market value and checks Minimum Property Requirements — safety, soundness, and security — not just what the home is worth. It is different from a home inspection. Ryan and Steve help buyers understand the report and any repair conditions before closing.
The appraisal confirms value and that the property meets FHA standards — a two-part review that protects you and the lender.
Both are important — but they serve different purposes in an FHA purchase.
Plan ahead so the appraisal does not hold up your closing date.
We stay ahead of the report so value and repair conditions never catch you off guard.
